To resolve a scheduled meeting, go to the Meetings section. Pick the meeting you want and click Start Meeting.
This will take you to the meeting editing page. At this point, you would conduct the meeting with the employee(s). You might call them, initiate a video chat, meet in an office, etc.
During the meeting, check off agenda items as they are addressed.
When the meeting is finished, click Resolve this 1-on-1. Note that the checkboxes are optional; you may resolve the meeting even if agenda items are unchecked.
After resolving the meeting, it will be marked as Completed. You can see the meeting details at any time in the Meetings section by clicking View.
