1-on-1 meetings

To schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with your reviewer or with another employee, go to the Meetings section. Click Create 1-on-1.

Choose the user from the drop-down menu or type in their name. Then click Schedule.

You can now edit the details of your meeting.

Edit the Date and Time of the meeting and choose a Repeat value. The options are:

  • Does not repeat

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

Below that, add agenda items for the meeting. These might be issues raised during a recent check-in. You have the following options for each agenda item:

  • Add a comment

  • Link OKR

  • Link KPI

Add more items by clicking Add another agenda item. To edit or remove agenda items, click the edit icon or trash icon to the right (if you don’t see them, click the ••• on the right).

When you’re done adding items, click Schedule.

Click Add to Google Calendar after scheduling the meeting to add it to your Google calendar.


Team Meetings

You can also schedule meetings with multiple users. Under the Team Meetings tab, click Create.

Choose a name for your team meeting. You can invite individual users and teams that you review.

When you’re done inviting users and teams, click Create. You can now edit the details of your meeting.

Edit the Date and Time of the meeting and choose a Repeat value. The options are:

  • Does not repeat

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

Below that, add agenda items for the meeting. These might be issues raised during a recent check-in. You have the following options for each agenda item:

  • Add a comment

  • Link OKR

  • Link KPI
