After an employee submits a check-in, their reviewer will look over it and respond to their answers. Here is what that looks like from the reviewer’s perspective:

The reviewer can click Follow-up to respond to an employee’s answer.

They can also click Add to 1-on-1 agenda to schedule a meeting to discuss the answers in more depth. See the articles on Meetings for more details.

In the Follow-ups tab, the employee can reply directly to their reviewer’s follow-up responses.
