This article describes how non-reviewer employees use the Dashboard section. For reviewers, see Dashboard: Reviewer View.
The Dashboard is the default home screen of Hirebook. It provides a useful ‘at a glance’ view of the different elements of Hirebook.

Here employees can quickly view the following information:
I report to: the reviewer(s) you report to.
Check-ins: your current check-in.
Follow-ups: Any follow-ups posted by your reviewer(s), based on your previous check-in(s).
Objectives: all objectives currently assigned to you or to a team you are on.
Tasks: action items assigned to you.
In the Dashboard, employees can view objectives, check off key results, fill out check-ins, reply to follow-ups, and so on.
