This article describes how reviewers use the Dashboard section. For non-reviewers, see Dashboard: Employee View.
The Dashboard is the default home screen of Hirebook. It provides reviewers and supervisors with a useful ‘at a glance’ view of the different elements of Hirebook.
Here you can quickly view the following information:
I report to: the reviewer you report to or your supervisor. If you are the highest-ranking user, you report to yourself.
My teams: the teams you review.
Team pulse: how your employees are feeling, based on the average ratings of their recent check-ins.
Check-ins: your own check-in as well as any check-ins submitted by your employees.
Follow-ups: Any follow-ups posted by your reviewer(s), based on your previous check-in(s).
Objectives: all objectives currently assigned to you or your team.
Tasks: action items assigned to you.
In the Dashboard, a reviewer or supervisor can quickly view objectives, look at recent check-ins, reply to follow-ups, and get a broad sense of how their team is currently doing.
