To set up check-in questions, visit the Check-in Setup tab in the Module Setup section.

Here you can add check-in questions for your entire organization, for specific teams, or for individual users.

You will be able to choose from 5 different types of questions:

  • Text: It allows users to enter multiple lines of text

  • Single-Selection: The user is asked to pick only one answer from a pre-determined set of responses

  • Multiple Selection: The user is asked to pick one or more answers from a pre-determined set of responses.

  • Drop Down: The user is asked to pick only one answer from a list

  • Scale: The user is asked to pick from a pre-determined range

You can choose a recurrence value for each check-in question. This can be:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

The question will always be asked during the final period included in the chosen recurrence interval. For example, if you set up a monthly question, it will be asked during the last week of each month.

This will determine how often employees of the organization must answer the question during their regular check-ins.

Admins can set up check-ins for the organization, for teams, or for individuals. Reviewers can set up check-ins only for the team they manage.

Employees cannot set up check-ins.
